چکیده

Butyrate is produced by microbe fermentation in the rumen, and its supplementation results rumen development. Butyrate-induced experiments are valuable studying nutrient metabolism, cell growth, functional genomics. This study aimed to characterize accessible chromatin regions dynamics of genomic accessibility prompted butyrate-induced histone modifications bovine cells. An average 117,569 were identified for all samples, 21,347 differentially (DARs) butyrate. Most DARs distal intergenic regions, introns, promoters. Gene ontology enrichment resulted important terms related digestive system, regulation epithelial cells, adhesion. Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) critical networks (e.g., system development, morphology assembly, cycle); canonical pathways TGFβ, Integrin-linked kinase, adherens junction); upstream regulators TGFβ1, FOS, JUNB, ATF3, KLFs). Co-expression analysis further showcased TGFβ kinase (ILK)-signaling pathways, which play roles development through cellular adhesions. first provide a genome-wide characterization differential, open cells treatment. Local nucleosome dynamics facilitate chromatin accessibility in living mammalian cells.

Genome information, which is three-dimensionally organized within cells as chromatin, is searched and read by various proteins for diverse cell functions. Although how the protein factors find their targets remains unclear, the dynamic and flexible nature of chromatin is likely crucial. Using a combined approach of fluorescence correlation spectroscopy, single-nucleosome imaging, and Monte Carl...

Nuclear body movement is determined by chromatin accessibility and dynamics.

Promyelocytic leukemia (PML) and Cajal bodies are mobile subnuclear organelles, which are involved in activities like RNA processing, transcriptional regulation, and antiviral defense. A key parameter in understanding their biological functions is their mobility. The diffusion properties of PML and Cajal bodies were compared with a biochemically inactive body formed by aggregates of murine Mx1 ...

Butyrate Induced IGF2 Activation Correlated with Distinct Chromatin Signatures Due to Histone Modification

Histone modification has emerged as a very important mechanism regulating the transcriptional status of the genome. Insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF2) is a peptide hormone controlling various cellular processes, including proliferation and apoptosis. H19 gene is closely linked to IGF2 gene, and IGF2 and H19 are reciprocally regulated imprinted genes. The epigenetic signature of H19 promoter (h...
